Every mitigation system comes with two separate warranties. The 5-year all-inclusive warranty covers labor and materials for the fan, piping, joints, and seals. The 15-year workmanship warranty covers defects in the original installation, such as an improperly sealed joint or an incorrectly installed suction point.
The 5-year all-inclusive warranty covers labor, parts, and materials, so a failed fan or worn component is repaired or replaced free. The 15-year workmanship warranty covers the quality of the installation itself for a full 15 years.
No. Both are included automatically with every mitigation system. They're built into the price, not an add-on or service plan.
