COMPLETE PACKAGE — $1,800

The complete sub-slab depressurization system we install in roughly 80% of homes: one radon fan, one suction point, drilling and prepping the basement slab, and 15 ft of piping — plus everything required under C-NRPP guidelines and local code, from site inspection through post-job verification.

  • Drilling and prepping the basement slab

When the Price Changes (Uncommon)

For most homes, $1,800 is the final number. The soil and foundation under your slab are only visible once we drill the first suction hole, so two conditions can't be confirmed until then. We always confirm with you before any additional billable work.

  • Tight / clay soil: if the foundation beneath the slab is clay, we must drill additional holes and tunnel under the slab for adequate suction — billed at $100/hole.
  • Distance to suction point: the first 15 ft of PVC pipe is included; pipe beyond that is billed at $10/ft depending on communication test results.

Fan Upgrade

Bigger isn't better. Our communication test determines the right fan for your home — an oversized fan adds negative pressure, noise, and electricity cost without improving results. Upgrades apply only to larger or more complex homes.
