Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of byeradon.ca (the "Site"), operated by ByeRadon Inc. ("Bye Radon," "we," "us," or "our"), a C-NRPP certified radon testing and mitigation company serving Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding areas in Alberta, Canada. By browsing the Site, requesting a booking, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided to give homeowners information about radon, our testing and mitigation services, pricing, and to let you book a free radon test or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to it, or scrape or misuse its content.

Information on This Site

We aim to keep the content on this Site — including radon background information, our step-by-step mitigation process, the pricing calculator, and our current Google rating — accurate and up to date. However, general educational content about radon is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for an actual test of your home. The pricing calculator on our Pricing page provides an estimate only; final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment.

Booking & Services

• Radon testing offered through the Site is provided free of charge to homeowners, as described on our Services page.
• Bookings made through the embedded RadonCRM scheduling tool on our Book page are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
• Mitigation systems, pricing, warranties (including our 5-year all-inclusive + 15-year workmanship warranty), and scope of work are confirmed directly between you and ByeRadon Inc. at the time of service — not solely by anything shown on the Site.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a booking request at our discretion, for example due to scheduling conflicts or service-area limits.

Third-Party Services

The Site uses third-party tools — including RadonCRM for booking and the risk map, Google Analytics and the Google Places API, Elfsight for displaying reviews, and Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Your use of those embedded tools is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on these services.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, graphics, and design of this Site are owned by ByeRadon Inc. unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByeRadon Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations under any written service agreement, warranty, or applicable consumer protection law governing the actual radon testing or mitigation work performed at your property.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
